A chef makes the menus, stocks all the food needed by the kitchen to cook the meals, ensures quality control and that the best health practices are being upheld by his/her staff.

Required Qualifications

  • A vocational diploma in cooking
  • Years of experience as a cook and as a sous-chef
  • Diploma in food service & restaurant management or tourism & hotel management an asset
