Employer/Business: Mega Furniture Imports Ltd
Location: 1290 Martin Grove Rd, Etobicoke, ON , M9W 4X3
Salary: $38.50/hr
Terms of employment: Permanent Full time 40 Hours / Week
Benefits: 2 Weeks Vacations, 10 Days Sick Leave and Travel Expenses are Paid.
Start date: As soon as possible
Employment/Work Conditions: Day from 08:30 to 17:30, Non Smoking Facility

Skills/Job Requirements
Languages: English (Punjabi, Hindi Or Urdu will be an asset)
Education: Bachelor`s Degree
Experience: 5 Years or more
Ability To Supervise: 11 to 15 Persons
Security and Safety: Criminal record check and References required
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available, Valid Driver`s License
Work Conditions / Settings: Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), Attention to detail, Tight deadlines, Work under pressure
Specific Skills/Job Duties
Assist in product development and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments; Plan, organize, develop and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites to manage an organization`s Internet presence; Plan and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services; Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings; Develop and implement marketing strategies; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors` operations on sales; Implement price and credits policies; Manage staff and assign duties; Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale; Determine merchandise and services to be sold; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
