Learning and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to join an agile and high-functioning Learning & Development (L&D) team. We're looking for an experienced adult learning professional to join our L&D team as a Learning & Development Specialist. Our team vision is to promote a culture of learning at Tucows that opens the door to personal and professional growth. While our mission is to offer learning that is accessible, human and fun, and which challenges the L&D stereotype. We want you to help us shape and grow the culture of learning and promote the L&D "brand" within the organization. You'll be joining a team that is pushing the limits of what L&D can do to provide new and exciting learning experiences.
