In this role, you will:
Support Account Executives to source qualified candidates
Coordinate phone calls and meetings with qualified candidates
Screen and interview qualified candidates
Write Job Description and whitepapers for opportunities
High-quality candidate profiling using assessment

You are a confident, well-spoken, and detail-oriented individual
You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
You love building long term relationships with clients and candidates you work with
You are highly organized and great at time management
You thrive in a fast-paced working environment and eager to develop your skills consistently
What we are looking for:
Degree or Diploma in business or human resources filed
1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B working environment
Tech-savvy and able to understand the responsibilities and differences of different positions’ titles
Skilled in written and verbal communication
Detailed oriented and passionate about the recruitment industry
