Talent Manager

Meda Agency located in downtown Vancouver. Our goal is to help our partners to build the best teams. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an enthusiastic Talent Manager to our team!

In this role, you will:

• Support Account Executives to source qualified candidates

• Coordinate phone calls and meetings with qualified candidates

• Screen and interview qualified candidates

• Write Job Description and whitepapers for opportunities

• High-quality candidate profiling using assessment

Who you are:

• You are a confident, well-spoken, and detail-oriented individual

• You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• You love building long term relationships with clients and candidates you work with

• You are highly organized and great at time management

• You thrive in a fast-paced working environment and eager to develop your skills consistently

What we are looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in business or human resources filed

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B working environment

• Tech-savvy and able to understand the responsibilities and differences of different positions’ titles

• Skilled in written and verbal communication

• Detailed oriented and passionate about the recruitment industry
