Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Process securities transactions using in-house software.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders by email and phone, including lawyers, accountants, financial institutions, corporate officers and directors.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of documents related to share issuances, transfers and other types of securities transactions.
  • Produce and distribute share certificates and share statements for shareholders.
  • Organize and prepare documents for corporate annual general meetings.
  • Other administrative duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Team player.
  • Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully and timely.
  • Effective task prioritization.
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Able to accept feedback positively.
  • 1-2 years of previous office experience. (preferred)

Start date is as soon as possible. This position is full time, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is NOT a remote job. Salary: $19 - $25/hour, or $40,000 - $52,000/year, depending on experience.
