Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Overtime, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night, Part time also available for those who required

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Overtime required, Physically demanding, Fast-paced environment

Specific Skills:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize and manage buffets and banquets

Education: secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional cooking experience
