The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based in Calgary, AB.


As Product Manager - SaaS & Subscription Services, you will:

  • Leverage your product marketing and subscription business experience to define new business models for existing and future service portfolios
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms to enable a flawless customer experience for demos, purchase, activation and renewals
  • Lead the evolution of the customer experience by defining our Positioning as a Service (PaaS) solutions
  • Lead the go to market strategy through collaboration with our e-commerce channel manager, user experience experts and stakeholders
  • Act as a product owner to identify, develop and evolve the product and technical requirements for the delivery and fulfillment of SaaS/PaaS products on our digital/e-commerce platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing communications to integrate the PaaS subscription experience with the e-commerce and website platforms and develop automated sales and marketing strategies to drive further subscription growth
  • Work with business systems and e-commerce teams to lead processes and internal documentation for subscription functionality, user experience and support content
  • Create reports, analyze subscription data, identify trends, and develop product and sales strategies with our data and sales teams to promote further growth with a focus on subscription attach and renewal rates

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing or a related field
  • 4-6 years of product management experience in high-tech subscription or service-based products in a B2B environment, including use case and requirements definition
  • Functional knowledge of software or hardware as a service, e-commerce fundamentals, and user experience design, specifically including demos, free trials, subscriptions and renewals
  • In depth experience evaluating and analyzing data and analytics, specifically for recurring, subscription-based revenue
  • Knowledge of SalesForce CRM and Commerce Cloud
  • Experience building business cases, strategy and alignment with product portfolios
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Talented in overseeing multiple deadline-driven projects with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with team members to achieve campaign timelines and goals

Hiring Salary Range: $105,600 - $130,000

Bonus Eligibility: Yes
