Responsibilities

• Execute high volume ad buys across multiple platforms
• Create new and original ads and headlines
• Constantly test and optimize to improve ad engagement and campaign performance
• Perform competitive research
• Collaborate with team members and editorial staff to pitch new viral story ideas

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Media Buying role
• Understanding of one or more ad platforms: Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Zemanta, Taboola, Outbrain
• Passion for understanding the psychology and mechanics of viral content
• Everything visit starts with the Headline, so you must be a master at writing compelling headlines
• Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
