What you will do
- Become an expert in Marketing Technology platforms to be able to assist clients with campaign development, best practices, and training.
- Oversee and challenge campaign requirements, briefs, creatives, etc. with clients.
- Ensure thorough QA from planning to implementation and perform meaningful analysis of post campaign findings (success rate, post-mortem, etc.)
- Identify optimization/automation opportunities.
- Drive discovery discussions to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and present solutions with supportive documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the greater project to align with the clients’ environment and industry best practices.
- Work closely with clients to manage and implement marketing strategies, timelines and deliverables related to the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Work directly with customers to understand their campaign management / marketing automation requirements and/or product configuration requirements.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Unica Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, etc.
- BSc in Computer science or related degree with adequate technical knowledge of SQL and/or API integration
- Experience with SQL, XML structures, Unix, Windows, HTML, web applications, data modeling principles and a solid understanding of database modeling
- Self-motivated learner who is adept at creative problem solving
- Strong communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Strong plus:
- Software development (Java, JavaScript, Spark, Python, Hive, etc.)
- Experience in marketing operations or digital marketing
- Consulting experience in a client-facing environment
- Strong database modeling experience
