Job Description:
- Routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing & greeting contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and making proper decisions to have them corrected.
- Performing minor fixed.
- Check functionality & maintenance of safety systems.
- Report to facilities managers of any maintenance issues.
- Some experience in Janitorial, maintenance & repair areas (will provide training).
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The vehicle is a must - with up-to-date stickers and insurance.
- You must be reliable & can work independently.
