The R.K. is looking for a RN who has strong critical thinking and leadership skills who enjoys working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, continuous learning, and working to their full scope.RN Skills & Abilities required - Key focus areas are Leadership, Care Standards Consistency, Team Coordination, and Delivery of Competent Nursing Care.Qualifications required - RN or BScN at an accredited School/College of Nursing. Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of NS. Recent experience in geriatric setting preferred. Demonstrate competency in team building, conflict resolution, delegation, and leadership. Current CPR certification required with annual updates.
