Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster bar is looking to hire a Banquet Chef to run our Catering department within The Sutton Place Hotel.
This is a unique opportunity to work with both Chef Alex Chen as well as Chef Roger Ma.
Qualifications and key attributes:
Must have 5 years minimum as a banquet chef in a similar hotel property
Ability to lead and train both back of the house and front of the house team
Highly organized
Work closely with executives and catering team to meet market demands
Ability to conduct menu tasting with clients
Curate a menu that satisfy the guest needs
Flexible with other ethnic cuisines
Ownership of food cost and labor cost
