Position: Controller Location: Montreal Salary: From $100K to $130K per year + guaranteed bonus Are you looking to be part of a growing, stable and reputable company? This new Controller position is a great opportunity if you would like to report to a Partner and Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities include: - Preparing consolidated and reviewing financial statements - Assisting in cash management including review of disbursements/invoices and cash flow reports - Preparing budgets, and management reports - Working with all areas of the business to improve internal controls and processes - Being involved with ad hoc special projects - Being involved with monthly analysis and reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting - Assisting in implementation of performance reporting software Qualifications: - An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, with a CPA/CA designation - At least 8 to 10 years of finance and accounting experience; technically strong in accounting - Driven, self-starter, enthusiastic learner - Customer-focused and results oriented individual - Well organized and detail oriented - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels of company management and personnel - High proficiency in Excel - Bilingualism (French and English) Please send your resume as a Word document to Milene Rizcalla at the following address: mrizcalla@quantum.ca.
