Jobs Available: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Positions starting at $15.50-$19.73/hr

Full-Time Options:

a) Set 5 day schedule that includes working weekends with 2 days off during the week. Day shift and afternoon shift position are available.

b) Several Floater positions (no set schedule but will be given schedule 4 weeks in advance).

Duties:

• Act as part of a team to process textiles (sorting and folding etc.) from hospitals and long-term care facilities.
• Maintain production requirements to ensure patients receive the care they require in a timely manner.
• Perform work required in a safe manner by following all safe operating procedures and protocols.
• Work in a unionized environment.

Job requirements:

• No experience needed as full training will be provided.
• Previous experience in general labour, general labor, warehouse, warehouse worker, shipping/receiving, shipping, receiving, packing, skilled labour, carpentry, carpenter, customer service, construction, construction worker is an asset.
• Functional oral and written communication skills.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50lbs.
• Punctual, with a good work ethic and positive attitude.
