As a Tech Support Representative, you will be in charge of providing technical support and promoting complementary products and services to clients of Canada's largest telecommunications company. This is the ideal position for someone who enjoys finding solutions to complex problems while providing excellent customer service. Besides, you will also have the possibility to work right from the comfort of your home!

  • Competitive base salary of $17.25 per hour after training (including a $3.25 premium per worked hour);

  • Availability to work up to 40 hours a week according to the following time slot:
    • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 11 pm EST;
    • Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm EST;
  • This position offers the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
    • Eligibility criteria:
      • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
      • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
      • Candidates must reside near the Nordia centre to be able to travel there, if necessary.

In this role, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in need of elementary technical assistance regarding their products or services and provide an optimal solution to their situation;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to the client's needs and habits discussed with the client;
  • At all times, provide an excellent customer service experience.

  • High school diploma, or the equivalent, completed;
  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized environment;
  • Strong interest in technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills - You must be able to express yourself cohesively and clearly;
  • Previous technical support, sales and/or call centre experience are considered strong assets!

Training start date: June 26th
