Summary

You will demonstrate guidance / leadership in online and social media advertising, with an emphasis on developing and executing strategic direction and budgets for online & social media campaigns. You will be primarily responsible for media trafficking and coordination on the accounts assigned to you. You are forward thinking and will provide an energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the planning function and instills this in all employees in your group.

Accountabilities:

40% - Media Trafficking

  • Traffic digital campaigns to vendors and platforms.
  • Manage, monitor and optimize programmatic and social campaigns while in market.
  • Work with the creative team to define creative specifications for digital media campaigns.
  • Build campaign reports and deliver along with digital marketing specialists.
  • Functions as primary point of contact with account service and the client for all requests concerning online & social media advertising.
  • Maintains liaison with outside media representatives and clients.
  • Attends client status meetings.

40% - Project Management

  • Demonstrates highly organized campaign/timeline management, with strong attention to detail
  • Play a key role in the budget and client billing process to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams in the development of digital and social marketing assets.

20% - Media Planning

  • Works collaboratively with digital marketing specialists, account services, and/or client to develop digital media plans.
  • Monitors trade publications for new media trends.
  • Study demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for cross media campaigns
  • Develops basic target profiles/insight

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Strong proficiency in managing and analyzing data
  • General understanding of advertising, communications and design
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized individual with strong follow-through
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, yet able to take direction
  • Customer centric with a passion to grow client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to find new ways to improve efficiencies
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
