Qualifications:Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or related field. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the stakeholders at varying levels of seniority to understand objectives/strategies and desired results from learning opportunities. Conducts a needs analysis of the organization's learning needs by consulting organizational leaders and HR, analyzing data, and conducting research. Designs, sources and develops L&D initiatives using a variety of learning methods. Delivers L&D initiatives including facilitation, webinars, roundtables, etc. Collaborates with subject-matter experts within the organization as well as vendors to develop L&D initiatives aligned to the organization's needs. Evaluates the impact and return on investment of L&D initiatives by analyzing learning metrics and uses data to make the case for additional investments. Researches new trends and approaches in the learning industry and serves as a champion for a learning culture in the organization. Manage, design, develop, assess and implement components of complex learning solutions, using multiple tools and methodologies to meet business objectives. Facilitate face-to-face, tele-conference, videoconference, and virtual instructor-led sessions. Drives the adoption of the Organizational Learning Management System (MyLearning); working with the Business, HRBP's and the HR team as necessary.
