To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to comply with all customers onsite requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements unless otherwise permitted by law.

  • Work with the Canadian Contract Managers to submit competitive responses to RFPs
  • Responsible for fulfilling quoting and general pricing requests, as required by the Canadian Sales team for customer accounts
  • Work with Canadian Marketing, Regulatory and Operations teams to confirm product orderability, availability and respective pricing
  • Collaborate with Customer Service teams to review and validate customer purchase orders for processing
  • Manage contract expiration pipeline, including reporting on quarterly outlook, expiration dates and renewals, in preparation for Contract Managers’ review and execution
  • Manage daily bid scoping on all Canadian public tendering platforms (Biddingo, Merx, SEAO, etc.)
  • Source information and manage internal data systems, including Cognos, Model N, Oracle, CPQ, including completion of customer load-sheets upon request
  • Provide logistical support of contracts and bids as requested by Contract Managers
  • Provide timely, thorough general administrative support as needed in day-to-day business, including fielding questions from salesforce, maintaining repository of standard corporate documents, and responding to all requests in a timely fashion

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and effective time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple critical tasks simultaneously
  • Effective, clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Process-oriented, and demonstrates a sense of urgency and efficiency in completing deliverables
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work with various business units and teams
  • Solutions-driven mindset, with a proven ability to follow corporate directives while contributing to process improvements as needed
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Preference for candidates with general knowledge of contract administration, public procurement initiatives, and the Canadian healthcare landscape at large
  • Bilingual (English / French) is an asset
