Customer Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages all activities associated with Order Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems
  • Establishes and implements performance and service standards
  • Develops and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Ensures productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards
  • Develops departmental budget and controls costs
  • Provides leadership, training and direction to the Order Centre team
  • Coordinates with internal departments to resolve customer issues/questions/concerns and to meet and exceed customer expectations


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience leading teams in a similar role
  • Superior training, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Experience handling escalated calls
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Proven ability to work with teams across an organization and be an effective project and people manager
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills – detail-oriented a MUST
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry a MUST
  • Supply chain and inventory management is a huge asset
