Job Description
Job Duration: 12 Months w/ possibility for up to 2 additional extensions of 6 months each.
The “Advance Program” is looking for a professional services firm to provide a project manager for the Biztalk Integration work, with key deliverables and activities outlined below:
- Develop, execute and manage project plans and detailed work plans
- Support Priority pack upgrades for the duration of the build and test phases
- Work closely with the Integration Project lead to drive the day-to-day activities, as well as, ensure effective communication and escalation of risks and issues within the established project governance;
- Execute based on the implantation plan, monitor and report on progress
- Include but not limited to the report should also be the risks, considerations, and constraints including any analysis
- Support the general activities to progress the broader integration domain upon the request of the Integration Project Lead, as well as, the overall work stream PM and program leadership that includes but is not limited to the following:
- Work and collaborate with vendors on status, risks and timelines
- Update Status reports at vendor meetings
- Facilitate vendor meetings
- Prioritize tasks for vendors
- Participate in Project Management Meetings
- Weekly Status Reporting
- Identify risks and issues and facilitate resolution
- Escalation Point
- Ensures Decisions are tracked, signed and registered
- Knowledge Transition - Mandatory - a key expectation is the effective transition of knowledge through-out the course of the contract by the professional services firm to internal resources.
