Requirements : Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years.
Education: High School
Language: Basic Oral English and Punjabi/Hindi as asset.
Skills: Prepare and cook different variety of sweets like rasgula, gulab jamun, jalebi, kaju barfi, ladoo and many more with Canadian flavor and Indian taste. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Organize and manage buffets and banquets. Manage kitchen operations.
